ISO TRAINERIsometric strength testing and training system

Strength, measured.

A 500 kg force sensor and the coaching platform built around it. Measure maximal strength to the kilogram, then train, rehabilitate and benchmark off the number.

01Why isometric

One number every coach, clinician and athlete agrees on.

An isometric test takes fifteen seconds, needs no technique coaching and loads the joint at one angle. That makes it the fastest repeatable strength measurement available, and the safest one to run on a patient two weeks after surgery.

Measure

3× 5 S

A max in under three minutes

Three maximal pulls, 120 seconds rest, and the best attempt becomes the reference max. The app shows the variation between attempts and suggests a fourth when the athlete is still climbing.

Train

%OF MAX

Every target relative to the person

An 80 % hold means 80 % of that client's max, on that exercise, on that side. The screen coaches the zone live. Nothing is prescribed in absolute kilograms unless the coach wants it that way.

Prove

≥90% LSI

Symmetry, rate of force, trend

Left against right, this month against last, rate of force development at 100, 200 and 300 ms. The report is a PDF the referring doctor can read without a phone call.

02The system

Force Block and Iso Trainer. Sold and supported as one.

The Force Block is a 500 kg load cell that streams force over Bluetooth at 250 samples per second. The Iso Trainer app turns that stream into a max test, a target zone, a client record and a report. Neither is sold without the other, because neither is complete without the other.

  • Verified zero, every effort. The app confirms an unloaded baseline before each test or exercise. It never trusts a zero from an earlier connection.
  • Signal quality on every attempt. Sampling rate and continuity are graded per attempt. Explosive metrics appear only when the signal supports them.
  • Anchors anywhere. Rack, floor plate, door anchor or the optional wall rig with numbered pin positions.

03The app

The screen coaches. The coach watches the athlete.

Green in the zone, amber below, red above, gold when a record falls. The athlete reads one number from across the room. The coach gets peak, hold time and rate of force development without touching the phone.

Modes

Max test, target hold, beat record, repeated max, endurance, ladder, progressive curve, explosive, custom.

Built in

26 exercises, 14 protocols, return-to-sport battery, tendon and blood-pressure programs, leaderboards, TV mode.

04How it works

Four steps from unboxing to a documented baseline.

STEP 01

Anchor

Strap or handle to the Force Block. Force Block to a rack, floor anchor or the wall rig.

STEP 02

Zero

The app verifies an unloaded zero from independent sample windows before every effort.

STEP 03

Test

Three maximal five-second pulls with a fixed instruction. The best becomes the reference max.

STEP 04

Train

Pick a protocol. The screen coaches the zone and every attempt saves to the client's record.

Business layer

Clients, packages, payments

Profiles, session history, package and payment status per client. Owner, admin, coach and athlete roles.

Offline first

Saves with no signal

Sessions save on the device and sync to the cloud when the connection returns. Gym basements included.

Reports

PDF and CSV

Progress report, return-to-sport report and a full attempt export for your own spreadsheets.

Support

Staff training included

Every system ships with training for your coaches. Delivery is free. Lead time and quotation on request.
