Delete your account

Iso Trainer is used by an organization — a gym or clinic. Your account is your sign-in and your membership of that organization. This page explains what deleting it removes, what stays, and how to ask for it.

In the app

Open the app, sign in, and on the Home screen scroll to the bottom: Delete my account. The screen says exactly what will be removed, in numbers, before you confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you own the organization, the app refuses while other staff still have access, so that nobody loses records by someone else's decision: revoke their access on the Staff screen first, then delete.

Athletes: on the results page, choose Delete my account. This stops sharing to the page and deletes your sign-in. Your test records stay with the clinic, under the rest of this policy.

If you can no longer sign in

Email kaitrading.co@gmail.com from the email address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my Iso Trainer account”.

If you own the organization and want the organization and everything in it deleted as well, say so in the same email.

The deletion is carried out within 30 days of verifying that the request comes from the account holder. You receive a reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your sign-in (email and password) with Firebase Authentication
Your profile record (display name, email, default organization)
Your membership of the organization and any invitation pending for you
If you own the organization and ask for it: the organization itself and every client, session, attempt, recording, record, programme, diary entry, reading, device record, exercise, protocol, package and payment in it, and its other members' memberships

What stays

Records you entered about the organization's clients, when the organization itself is not being deleted — they belong to the organization, and the coach who runs it remains responsible for them
The organization's licence record with SlimTech (plan, expiry and grant history — a business record with no training or health content), for as long as the organization exists
Files you exported yourself (PDF reports, CSV files) and any copies you shared onward

Removing data from a device without deleting the account

Sign out on the device (Home → Sign out). Once the device has uploaded anything pending, the app clears its local copy of the organization's records. Then uninstall if you wish.
